Can I cancel my order?

If you order over the phone or online you have a legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt, provided you are able to return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition. 

Can I change my order before you dispatch it?

In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 01608 645 503 up until the point of its dispatch to you or a third party.

My product arrived damaged – what do I do?

We pack our products with care and hope you receive them in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged in transit we will replace it at no extra cost or give you a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email hello@rossandrossfood.co.uk  or phone 01608 645503. In some cases we will require evidence of the damage.

I want to return a product – what do I do?

If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, please contact us within 24 hours on hello@rossandrossfood.co.uk. Please return any goods in unused and undamaged condition within 7 days of purchase, for an exchange or full refund. It is your responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely and at your expense.

Can I pay securely online?

To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.
