Ross and team have been working hard in our kitchens, experimenting with new flavours and creating new innovative dishes to wow your guests. Whilst we haven’t waved goodbye to some of your old favourites, we’re always ensuring we keep things fresh and we can’t wait to see these dishes on tables at your 2021 events! Here’s a run down of some of our new dishes… We’ll let the pictures do the talking in this one.
We now have 39 canapé options on our menu! Split into meat, vegetarian and fish. We have also extended our vegan range this year, and have plenty of gluten free options too.
We’ve added some super impressive plated starter options, including Dressed Cornish Crab, and Burrata with Aged Balsamic Beetroot.
There are also some newbies to our sharing board starter options. The Courgette Involtini have gone down an absolute storm with the girls in the office. If you’re after something to smother your artisan breads with, the Baked Feta with Tomatoes & Olive Oil will most definitely do the trick.
Our plated main courses have been tweaked to incorporate some new flavours and textures. Our chicken breast is now served with a herb potato cake and a morel mushroom white wine sauce. My mouth is watering as I write now, and it’s only 10am. Oh dear. Take a look for yourself, you’ll see why…
If it’s a vegetarian option you’ve got your eye on, we have a new show-stopper sure to impress your guests – our Baked Capsicum Pepper filled with Ricotta & Goats’ Cheese with Tomato & Herb Bulgur Wheat, Toasted Pine Nuts & Pesto. A vibrant red pot of delight.

Us too. We’ve got you – and your vegan friends. We now have five vegan dessert options, including this Coconut Panna Cotta with crushed raspberries, which is also gluten free might I add!
For the sharing puds, any of these are sure to knock your guests socks (and taste buds) off.
We’d love to. We have an extensive BBQ menu to choose from, you can choose from our thirteen main courses and 12 salads. We cook a mean BBQ.
Our evening menu has some new additions too… Chicken waffles? YES!
