Not only do we offer fantastic wedding catering services, we also offer our unique Ross & Ross Bar for your special day. Our packages include a range of bar services suitable for any occasion, including weddings, parties and corporate events. We offer more than just a collection of pub standards though – if you want to make your drinks menu a memorable part of your celebrations, our bespoke wedding bar could be just what you’ve been looking for.

Personalised bar menus

Every wedding bar menu that we create is different, although we always pride ourselves on high-quality drinks and excellent service. We like to sit down with the happy couple and discuss their top picks for guests – we can recreate those dreamy cocktails from your first holiday together and ensure that your uncle’s favourite single malt is behind the bar for him as well. We love our personalised prosecco station, with your choice of flavoured liqueurs topped with prosecco.

We’ll also cater for those who don’t like to imbibe with a dedicated non-alcoholic cocktail list.

As part of our bespoke wedding bar service, you can also choose your perfect bar. Our Elm Top Bar was designed by our very own bar manager to be attractive and functional and hand built by his father, perfect for a countryside wedding. We also have a rustic pallet bar – perfect for a relaxed country wedding – and the sleek Black Bar, which can be customised with LED lights to suit your colour scheme.

Supporting local producers

We are heavily influenced by the excellent range of artisanal spirits available from local distillers. We’ve teamed up with suppliers across the Cotswolds to bring you our favourites, but if there’s anything you’d particularly like to see on the bar, we’ll see what we can do.
