It’s exactly what it sounds like – tasty bowls of your favourite foods, distributed to guests in small but perfectly formed portions. It’s a lot less formal than a traditional sit-down wedding breakfast, allowing your guests to mingle while they munch. It’s also ideal for spaces that are a bit too small to accommodate tables and chairs. A taster bowl menu is also a much heartier alternative to a buffet – essential if you’ve got the Champagne or prosecco flowing – and allows your guests to sample a selection of delicious dishes.
