Firstly, a huge THANK YOU to all those who attended our Pop Up Supper Club last Saturday. Our Spring Menu went down a storm, with diners indulging in food and drink well into the night…. 5 Courses of fabulous food! An all-round favourite was the Falafel served with a delicious Tahini & Basil dip. Lovely fresh flavours for a seasonal dish.
We’re loving garnishing our dishes with bright, beautiful flowers & colourful micro-herbs to give them that extra OOMPH! Adding a little splash of colour really completes a dish & makes it look even more appetising. Edible flowers are starting to make an appearance in plenty of supermarkets, or you can have a go at growing your own!
This weekend we’re taking part in what’s set to be a bloody battle of Street Food big-dogs! Birmingham’s Street Food Collective- Brum Yum Yum take on London’s Peckham Crave to battle it our for the title of Best Street Food in #FLAVACLASH. We’ll be at London’s The Paperworks near Elephant & Castle from 5pm tomorrow, so pop down for some delicious Street Food delicacies from Brum Yum Yum’s talented team. BRING IT ON!
