Lucky for us we have Diego!
Let us introduce you to one of the most popular team members of Ross and Ross Events. Diego is a fantastically bright blue converted Tuk Tuk Van mounted with a majestic Wood Fired Oven on the back.
Diego is fully self-contained, he has his own solar powered lights, his own hand wash station, pull out prep area, and service station. What’s not to love?
During the tail end of last summer, we managed to host some awesome pizza nights in a local village and some at the brilliant venue Tap Social in
Oxford too. Safe to say Diego was a popular little Tuk Tuk, selling out of pizzas night after night.
Our woodfired oven boasts the capacity of being able to cook 5 10” pizzas in a matter of minutes, making it a perfect pop-up option for late night grazing at your wedding. Who does not love a good slice of pizza after dancing the night away? Remember, Diego isn’t just fantastic for the day of your wedding, he is brilliant for those post or pre wedding get togethers too. Fancy hosting a relaxed pre wedding mingle, or how about a post wedding chill out – then our pizza offering is perfect for you.
We have so many flavour combinations available including your classic Margarita, Chorizo and Chilli, Caramelised Onion and Goats Cheese and not forgetting our firm team favourite of Slow Cooked Beef and Salsa Verde! In true Ross and Ross style, we are happy to customise the pizza toppings to fit you and your guests. We can even make them Gluten Free or Vegan!
Whilst we love Diego and Diego loves cooking pizzas, that’s not all this cool blue guy is capable of. We have even created some amazing woodfired menus that don’t feature Pizza, check out one of our pop-up menus below:
