Organising your perfect Autumn wedding? To start with, we’d like to say congratulations on becoming engaged and wish you all our luck for the future. We have the best tips that will help you decide what to have at your Wedding to make it the most memorable day of your life.

Our Events Team have been catering for Weddings for a few years now, and have the best insight as to what goes on behind the scenes and how to make your day run as smoothly as possible. I asked the team whether they had any tips that would make the perfect Autumn Wedding, and they couldn’t stop giving me fantastic ideas.

I have whittled it down to the best 3 trends and tips which we are essential to have the most sensational Autumn Wedding:

CocktailsWhile ‘His’ & ‘Hers’ cocktails are still very popular at Weddings, we are also seeing the return of old classics. Moscow Mule and Cosmopolitan are perfect for an Autumn Wedding and will definitely be a hit with your guests.

Family Style Dining is a trend that will be continuing through to the Autumn. Sharing Boards of Slow Roasted Shoulder of Pork with Bowls of Seasonal Greens & Bramley Apple Sauce for an Autumn Wedding would be delicious! Guests love the social, family feel to this style of dining and who doesn’t love being able to help yourself to seconds!

Tables

Bride & Grooms are turning away from traditional round tables and instead opting for long, trestle tables as they offer a much more relaxed feel to the day. It is important to remember that they are much narrower, so it’s best to go for minimal table decorations to allow plenty of space for your crockery, cutlery & glasses!

We hope that we have been able to help you with ideas and planning for your Wedding. If your friend is getting marry, why not share these tips with them to make their Wedding planning a whole lot easier!
