Caswell House in Brize Norton is a lovely 15th century collection of Cotswold Stone buildings that we are privileged to work in as their sole catering supplier. The eldest buildings on the Caswell estate date back to 1485, but today the Caswell House estate that is used for weddings is made up of two main buildings set in a L shape.

Caswell House is not only licensed for weddings within its Wenmans Barn, but our summer couples are lucky enough to be able to say ‘I Do’ in the lovely Loggia (centre courtyard). After their ceremony our team from Ross and Ross are on hand to ensure guests are provided with a lovely refreshing drink plus some delectable canapés.

At Caswell House, couples are free to choose what they would like to offer for the drink reception and for the wedding breakfast. All of our menus are fully customisable to create that pure bespoke special menu for your big day.

Wenmans Barn is a stunning long barn with an original ceiling and some stunning feature beams. Our couples have the freedom to choose from long banquet style tables or round tables, allowing couples to be fully customisable with how they would like the wedding breakfast to look. Our team work with the briefs from our couples to add personal touches to the tables – from cookies to place cards to personalised photos. Each wedding we get to work on at Caswell House is unique due to the freedom given to the couples to personalise all of the spaces.

During the wedding breakfast the team will be on hand to serve your two or three course dinner. At Caswell House we offer three styles of food, three course plated dinner, relaxed sharing-board supper or brilliant festival style BBQ. Again like with the canapés we work with all of our couples to help them produce a menu that is about them, has dishes or flavours that mean something to them as people and together as a couple. During this part of the day we will also make sure that all guests are provided with the lovely wine that you have chosen to complement the meal.

The beauty of Caswell House is that after the wedding breakfast you still have the ability to enjoy the lovely Cotswold Stone barn a bit longer as Wenmans barn is turned around into the evening entertainment area. With the freedom to choose the music style of their liking the couples can pick from a DJ to a 5 piece band.

Once the party is in full swing, our team will ensure that none of your evening guests are going hungry with one of our extensive list of options for evening food. Our most popular evening food choice are our handmade pizzas, cooked within our lovely wood fired stove on our Italian trike – Florence. The pizzas are cooked within the front courtyard at Caswell House allowing guests to come out and see them being cooked in front of them, but for those guests who don’t want to stop dancing the on-site team will ensure pizza is circulated within the barns to all the guests.

Caswell House has some lovely on site accommodation as well with a stunning collection of rooms made up within the Rymans Barn complex including the honeymoon suite. If you are looking for a venue with the magical touch then look no further than Caswell House and let the team from Ross and Ross work with you to put together a menu that is as magical as the venue itself, combining stunning food and a lovely 15th century barn, Caswell House and Ross and Ross is the perfect partnership to make your wedding day special.
