Situated on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border, Oxleaze Farm is home to Oxleaze Barn, a beautifully restored wedding and events venue. Couples have fallen in love with the simple rustic charm of their restored 1700s grain store, built from Cotswold stone and with towering beams to create the perfect space for your celebration. With vast spaces and a neutral colour scheme, you’re presented with a blank canvas to create the wedding of your dreams. The main barn is the ideal venue for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, and the milling barn is perfect for a drinks reception and dancing til the wee hours! As night falls, guests can move outside and toast marshmallows at the fire pit – particularly popular with younger guests.

The barns at Oxleaze Farm may ooze the charms of yesteryear, but underneath the historic facade, they’re packed with modern features. The rustic set up masks state-of-the-art technology, stunning mood lighting, and underfloor heating that makes The Barn an exceptionally comfortable place to be, no matter what the season.

Oxleaze Farm remains a fully working organic, family-run farm but it doesn’t detract from the beauty of the location. You’ll be spoiled for choice when deciding where to have your photos at a wedding at Oxleaze Barn. We love the traditionally managed water meadows and wildflower plots that provide a beautiful natural backdrop.

Event managers Katherine and Hannah can’t wait to welcome more guests to the beautiful estate:

“Oxleaze is a family home and we endeavour to retain the intimacy and warmth that a family business exudes. The barn is located at the heart of the farm and is full of charm, it particularly appeals to couples aiming for a fun, relaxing and happy day with family and friends. We look forward to welcoming you at Oxleaze Barn!”

Our weddings at Oxleaze Barn

We’ve had the pleasure of catering many weddings at this beautiful venue, with wonderful couples who share our ethos about great food. A recent menu for the venue included:

  • Our Signature Prawn Cocktail
  • 10 Hour Slow Roasted Blade of Beef, Creamy Mash Bacon & Shallot Jus
  • Chocolate Delice or Vanilla Cheesecake

Here’s what some of our couples have had to say about their celebrations:

“THANK YOU! What an incredible day, it really was the best day ever & to top it all off the food was to die for!

The canapés were incredible, the wedding breakfast was truly amazing and the evening food with the set up at the back was just the best!

We have been overwhelmed by guests comments on how good the food was! Which is exactly what we wanted- we wanted to Wow with the food and we definitely succeeded.

Ben and his team were so professional & ran the whole day so perfectly, I could not have asked for more! And the little touches of serving a canapé board whilst we were having photos just topped the whole day off!

Thank you all once again! ”

“Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you, Pete, Ben and the rest of the team at Ross and Ross. The food was absolutely incredible and the portions were massive which I know the guests enjoyed. We had loads of comments about how good the food was and as a big fan of food myself, I thought all of the food was delicious and clearly to a high standard.

As someone who doesn’t like spending money, I can safely say that every penny we spent with your team was well worth it! The service we received from yourself in the build-up and then particularly Ben and Pete on the day was the best service I have ever received. They couldn’t have done anything more on the day to make our wedding more special. Everyone had drinks topped up, there was a completely relaxed vibe, the food was amazing, and the food service was quick and efficient. Your team helped make our wedding an incredible day and I know it wouldn’t have been so good if Ben and Pete hadn’t been so in control of everything.”
